THE STORY:
Hannah and Matt doesn't know each other personally. They just met online in a writers forum where both of them are looking for an anonymous writing partner. They know nothing of each other. Those were Mat's rules. Well, all of it changes by a single picture. It was an honest mistake by Hannah and since then Matt felt all kinds of lust for his online writing partner.
The catch- Matt was the man behind the famous author named M Pierce whose identity is still unknown to the public. That was the reason for his no personal info disclosure with Hannah. Aside from the fact that he have a gf (whom iscurrently traveling) that he did not tell Hannah about. Feels like cheating, isn't it? But he can't help it.
Hannah roused too many emotions, feelings in him. Then all hell breaks lose when NIGHT OWL meets LITTLE BIRD. XDD
MY REVIEW:
This book is just WOW. First chap aand until the last was scorching HOT.
I was fanning myself as I was reading it page by effin page. M Pierce did a very good job of writing Night Owl. I was lost in the whole story. Felt like I was being seduced by Matt. Yay. That would be great. He was such a drool-worthy hero.
I fell for the blurb at first, I mean it was a very catchy blurb and one that was sure to make me take a second look and contemplate if to read or not. But alas, my curiosity got the better of me and I read it. It was worth it. I gotta thanks Aestas Book Blog for this wonderful hot rec. I like the storyline, altho I can't say it's unique but there was something in it that makes me want to go deep into the whole story. I like how M Pierce tells the story. It was very consuming. Creatively written. A 100% page turner. I dreaded the moment when the hero will be busted and what will happen. HAHA. It did not disappoint me, I like how the writer created the conflict and how well it was delivered. I rarely find and enjoy a non-PNR book these days but this one is definitely an exception.
I love both the MCs. Hannah- the nerdy, gamer, funny slut. Matt the gorgeous, handsome, eccentric, secretive writer who owns a pet rabbit. God, they both complimented one another. I like its alternate shifting of POV (a first for me). But mostly I love Matt's POV. It was just AMAZING. Very well told guy POV. I can feel his love, lust, frustration, guilt, passion, pleasure, pain. The feels. <3
Atho it is the first of a Trilogy, it was not a cliffy. Yay. A must read. Very hot and very well told. XD
